Hot Box Data Logging: Semi Adiabatic Concrete Temperature
The Hot Box method is used to predict the insitu concrete temperature during a concrete pour. A 1 m square block of concrete made to the same recipe as an insitu mix is cast in an insulated box and temperature monitored during its curing. PCTE's Hot Box Data Logging solutions simplify the collection of temperature measurements from this setup, offering a package with temperature sensors, datalogger and the option of strain gauges if required. No programing is required to setup the simple datalogger.
