Sieve Shaker with Time Adjustment

The UTG-0311-T and UTG-0312 Sieve Shakers impart a circular motion to the material being sieved so that it makes a slow progression over the surface of the sieve.
The dynamic power source of the Sieve Shakers ensures that the correct vibration is imparted to the sieves and sample for quick and reliable tests. To ensure the sample spends optimum time on the sieve surface, the vertical
movement is fixed. The unique vibratory action also helps keep the apertures clear and free from binding.
The Sieve Shakers are equipped with a valuable clamping device that guarantees sieves are held firmly, without over-tightening. The clamping device also ensures the sieves can be quickly and easily removed and replaced. The timer can be preset for any duration up to 60 minutes. The UTG-0312 model has the additional frequency adjustment property.

Sieve Shaker with Frequency and Time Adjustment
UTG-0323
The UTG-0323 is equipped with a valuable clamping device that guarantees sieves are held firmly, without over-tightening. The clamping device also ensures the sieves can be quickly and easily removed and replaced.
The UTG-0323 is a maintenance-free device as it is manufactured from non-corrodible and non-metallic springs. The apparatus is equipped with a timer which can be preset to any duration up to 60 minutes.

Electromagnetic Digital Sieve Shaker
UTG-0414
The UTG-0414 Electromagnetic Digital Sieve Shaker performs a vertical sieving motion and by removing the upper plate it can also be used as a vibrating table for one concrete specimen. The apparatus has an electromagnetic unit which contributes to the vertical motion, which allows for the best possible results with sand and aggregates. Supplied complete with timer.

Triple Motion Sieve Shaker
UTG-0415
The UTG-0415 has been designed to be used with large batch sizes, large particle sizes or sieves with various sizes. The sieve shaker provides the user with an effective shaking action due to the combination of its jarring and orbital action. Different sieve sizes can be used as the upper and lower cross heads are adjustable. The shaker includes a 30 minute timer and a continuous-stop-timer operation switch.

Rotatap Motorized Sieve Shaker
UTG-0326-T
Mounting is not required for the UTG-0326-T Rotatap Motorized Sieve Shaker, which has been designed to be used especially for 8" diameter sieves. The shaker has an impressive sieving action due to the 278 oscillations and 150 taps per minute that it produces. The Rotatap Motorized Sieve Shaker can handle up to 6 x 8" sieves at full-height and 13 x 8" sieves at half-height.

The UTG-0328-T Motorized Sieve Shaker can handle a range of sieve dimensions with its uniform shaking action. The shaker can handle up to 10 x 8”, 12 x 5” and 16 x 3” full-height sieves, and 18 x 8” half-height sieves. Mounting of the shaker is required.

High Capacity Screen Shaker
UTG-0420
The UTG-0420 High Capacity Screen Shaker is used for sizing large quantities of crushed stones, sand, gravel, slag, coal, coke, ores, pellets and similar materials. The screen shaker should be used with 667x452x67 mm screens and has a capacity of approximately 30kg of sample. The shaker is supplied complete with 6 screens and 1 pan capacity.
The UTG-0420 model is time-controlled.
Woven wired or perforated plate screen trays in various sizes are available and should be ordered separately.
