Jolting Table

UTCM-0890-T

The UTCM-0890-T Jolting Table has been designed with a mould table seated on a rotating cam which is driven at 60 r.p.m. The machine is used to compact cement specimens in a 40x40x160 mm mould. The falling height is 15 mm which conforms to EN 196-1. The number of drops can be preset and the machine will automatically turn off once the preset number of drops has occurred.

The weight of the moving parts is 6.85kg, however when used with the UTCM-0892.4 Three Gang Mould and UTCM-0893 Feed Hopper, the weight of the moving part is 20 kg ± 0.5 kg. The machine is equipped with rapid mould lock and release system which makes it easy and quick to use.

The supporting frame of the machine has been designed to ensure precise dimensions, table flatness, correct centering of the three gang mould on the table.

The machine can be safely used because the motor and gearbox assembly are securely enclosed in a protective housing. This allows the operator to safely use the machine because the moving parts are not accessible. The housing around securing the gearbox also allows for longevity of the gearbox.

The standard model can be supplied with a safety/noise reduction cabinet. The cabinet is lined internally with soundproofing material to reduce sound level conforming to CE directives.

Vibrating Machine

UTCM-0930-T

The UTCM-0930-T Vibrating Machine is used to prepare and compact 70.7 mm mortar cube specimens.

Each sample is able to be vibrated at 12,000 cycles per minute due to the mould table being mounted on four springs which have been attached to an eccentric shaft. The operator can use the timer to preset a time, and the machine will automatically stop every 120 seconds.

70.7 mm cube mould (UTCM-0926) should be ordered separately.
