Ultrasonic Cleansing Apparatus

The UTG-0180 Ultrasonic Cleansing Apparatus has been designed to safely clean sieves of diameters up to 235 mm. The machine is ideal for the cleaning of fine mesh sieves, which may be damaged or compromised when cleaned using regular methods. The main unit of the apparatus and the 12 litre tank that accompanies it are both made from stainless steel. Washing time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes with the analogue timer. If the water level is incorrect, the heating element of the machine shuts down automatically to provide safety for the operator.
The Cleaning frequency is 28 kHz with 600 W peak and 300 W effective power. Heater power is 500 W, and the temperature can be adjusted between 0-90°C. The apparatus is supplied complete with drainage valve and high efficiency piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers with special ceramics.
