PCTE Multiplex

A Multiplex Machine is used to perform UCS [Uniaxial], Triaxial, CBR and Marshall Tests.

The apparatus is capable of doing tests with the speed range of 0.00001 mm/min to 51 mm/min.

The base machine designed with a sturdy and compact two column frame, with an adjustable upper cross beam. Additional accesories are required to suit the desired test methods, listed below.

Control Unit

A U-Touch PRO Control Unit is configured to support CBR, UCS [Uniaxial], Triaxial and Marshal Tests, and processing of data from load-cells, pressure transducers or displacement transducers which are fitted to the machine. A resistive touch screen allows the operator to configure their Multiplex System to meet the requirements of local Australian Standards. U-Touch PRO Control Unit

Operation and Parameter menus can be accessed prior to testing, allowing the operator to adjust a machine quickly between tests.  "Load vs. Time", "Load vs. Displacement" or "Stress vs. Time" charts are produced in reasl time 

A USB port allows for export of reports, full tests results or an Ethernet connection is available for use with PC software.
