The UTB-1400 Ductility Testing Machine is used to determine the ductility of bituminous materials in a briquette mould.
The UTB-1400 Ductility Testing Machine is used to determine the ductility of bituminous materials in a briquette mould by measuring the breaking elongation at a constant speed of 50 mm/min. The machine is able to test 4 specimens simultaneously. The internal tank is made of stainless steel. To obtain the 25°C test temperature, the bath has been fitted with an immersion heater.
To maintain the homogeneous water temperature, the machine comes complete with a water circulator and speed control.
Moulds and mould base plates should be ordered separately.
